All deposits, pre-funded commercial credit balances, and platform operational allocations loaded onto corporate fleet profiles are completely non-refundable. Funds are dedicated strictly to routing fuel clearing requests via active cards.
Business clients may opt to close or freeze active fleet card structures at any stage without incurring exit penalty fees. Remaining pre-funded asset ledger values will be securely offloaded back to the verified commercial funding bank account upon final auditing.
In the event of network inaccuracies, unexpected duplicate charges at service stations, or card billing errors, administrators must open an evaluation ticket immediately via: support@zulcomnetwork.com
